This issue due to the value set with history days (=60) in Accounting schema
Increasing it to a higher value can fix the issue for now.

Backend error is

com.icalibrator.posibolt.webservice.client.OperationException_Exception: Cannot process org.compiere.model.MJournal to: CO PeriodClosed

Currently changed the History days

I think better calculate history days from Cheque date instead of Transaction date in case of PDC.
