Description

Dear Ijaz,

Each time we access the Collection Screen, the first customer from the customer dropdown list will be displayed; if the user forgets to choose a customer, the payment will be incorrectly updated in that customer.

Expected result : The customer should be empty each time the Collection Screen is opened, and the user can enter payment details only after selecting the Customer.

On the home screen, we can see the Opening Balance and Credit Available for customers. That is commonly for the sales and collection screen. So, when opening the collection screen, the salesman should check the customer before making any entry in the app. We can't change the current behavior.

Dear Ijas,

Users are checking the Customer before submitting payments, but this will help in double verification if the user forgets to select. However, this is only a suggestion, if this is your App's present behavior, we will follow it.
