Description

Dear Ijaz,

As we discussed, the Customers created under Organisation "Party Point" is not listing in POSibolt App. [Eg: Customer Code :1012481 not listing in App]

We created a Role "Retail" and gave all Organisation access. But if the Customer Organisation is "Euro Novelties LLC" Or "*" it will be listed in POSibolt app.

You can handle with sales rep. Make org *, and set sales rep for needed customers.

Dear Ijaz,

Checked both cases, still the customers under Organisation "Party point" not showing in App. If I change to Org "*" it will list in App. Please check

Please check this case.

  • Should have 2 org.
  • Create a customer from the first Org.
  • Create a customer from the second Org and set the second org to customer.
  • Set all org access to the app user.

Please check both customers are listing or not.

tested in 70

1. created customer, organization = org1
2. created customer , organization = org2
3. user = all org access

Logged in using org1 terminal information, I noticed that the customer created from the second organization is not listed. However, if the organization's status is changed to *, then it appears.

working as expected. in web it works also like this.

Dear Rijas,

If we set an organization to the customer, it should show only in that organization. It will not check the org access. Cloud also same functionality.
